Christmas break and hanging around

These days I am lucky to snap a few pictures. I think between  Halloween and Thanksgiving I snapped ONE. YIKES! But I am trying to be diligent this Christmas in documenting {at least in pictures} what's going on in our lives. Well she has a vitamin mustache...ask my Uncle Bobo why she's interested in mustache's now! Just hanging out watching a cartoon in mom and dad's bed.... Watching dad hang up some more Christmas lights...funny story...child #1 asked daddy "are we going to be the only one without lights in the neighborhood?" Who's wrapped around her finger? coloring...peacefully!!! loving on his daddy Making sugar cookies...with grandma Becky's cutouts This is the same recipe I made as a child during Jr. Church every year...what a saint Francis Slattery she tripled the batch... nothing says Christmas like red, yellow and purple. (OK bad call on the yellow...snowman made of yellow is not that appealing) showin...

The wedding....

So my brother got married  at the begining of December. Here's some long overdue pics of child #1 and little man in the wedding. Well we tried to get all of us looking in one direction.... About 15 minutes into the wedding he fell asleep. Yep, out cold for over 1 hour!

Parent of the Year

Sometimes as a parent you succeed. Everyone is healty and happy. Your feeling good. Then one child does something that will probably get atleast your parent of the year award revoked and hopefully not have children's services called on you. You see, my pooh bear, is THAT child. She is always keeping me on my toes and sometimes pushing my buttons. No matter how much I've baby-toddler-preschooler proofed my house she finds the ONE thing to cause havoc. This time on herself. A few days ago we took her to Cookie Cutters to get her hair cut. My brother is getting married and she was starting to look a little shaggy. She got a C.U.T.E.  little bob that highlighted her chubby cheeks. I then, on that fateful day, sent her to nap. I know my 3 year old really naps...well most days. We will not speak of the day she talked her brother into taking off his clothes so she could cover him in "bum bum lotion" {vaseline}. CLOSING EYES...DEEP BREATHES.....I really think she could...

Decorating for Christmas

On daddy's birthday {while I was making from SCRATCH pumpkin pie} they began the Christmas tree decorating {from 3 feet and below}. Here are some pics of the fun!

Just some pics from this fall...

Here is some pictures I've been meaning to post for sometime....now that school is over I can do more!
