So my children adore the Amish white bread I make. They also adore the very $$$ raisin bread from the grocery store. So I went a hunting for a recipe. In my go to Pillsbury All purpose cook book I found a recipe that used a white bread and added raisins and cinnamon. JACKPOT. So go
{here} for link to the yumminess. In my cook book it said add 1 cup of raisins and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon right before the kneading step. So I tried 1 loaf of regular and 1 loaf of cinnamon raisin goodness. D.E.L.I.S.H!

Kids are loving it. We have had it for breakfast, snack and as a PBJ for lunch. Looks like 2 loaves next time!
